LOL, I feel the same - I need some non-angsty fic that has *nothing* to do with Dean in Hell.

I find so much of the pre-Sam Dean fics are all foreshadowing and heavy or tend to be WAY too sweet - not realistic. I hope this didn't go too far over into the picture-perfect territory. I want to make sure that their interaction feels real and not completely schmoopy.
